This doesn't just happen for accommodation providers, restaurants and pubs serving food experience the same thing. Service Provider allows you to have the persons identifiable details listed for other providers to see. In order to comply with the data protection legislation the details listed must not lead to actual public identification, which is why the information displayed will be an edited version, and the full details held privately for membership viewing if required.

As can be seen at the accommodation list the name, the last 4 digits of a credit card and last the four digits of the phone number are displayed. The source of the information, also will not be displayed but again retained for verification of validity.

We acknowledge there are genuine reasons for non cancellation, however this growing trend needs to be addressed.
